We use several logistic partners for our shipments, our preferred logistics partner is E.Com for Local orders and DHL for international orders. We ship both domestic and internationally, domestic shipping is free, and international shipping costs will be shown in the cart during checkout. Normal shipping estimates for all domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situations which we are definitely trying to mitigate.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from the time of processing the refund. the refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.

Cancellation policy:

Your order can be canceled before it is dispatched. If your order is canceled after it is dispatched, then the return shipping charge and restocking fee of 45% of the product cost will be applicable.
